Agreed Rates and Payments

The price we quote is for the hire of the entire vehicle, rather than a rate per passenger. This amount is agreed in writing before you travel, so you know the exact cost before your holiday begins. The price we confirm in our correspondence is the final amount you pay, with no unexpected surcharges at the end of your journey.

Meeting at Antalya Airport

Once you have collected your luggage and exited the arrivals terminal, please walk to Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel. Your driver will be waiting for you at this specific desk. To ensure a smooth connection, we ask that you provide your correct flight number when booking. We track your flight schedule, which means that if your plane lands later than scheduled, your driver will adjust their arrival to match your actual landing time.

Child Safety Seats

We can supply safety seats for children of all ages, including infant seats, child seats and booster cushions. Please let us know your requirements when you make your booking. These seats are a paid extra and are not included in the standard vehicle rate. The cost for any requested child seats will be added to the total price agreed in writing before your trip.

Amending or Cancelling Your Journey

If you need to change your collection time, update your destination hotel or cancel your transfer entirely, please send us an email or write to us through our contact form. We will update your booking details and confirm the changes in writing.
