Belek airport transfer FAQ
Golf bags, child seats, late landings, paying the driver — the things guests heading to Belek usually ask us first.
Booking
How do I reserve a Belek taxi transfer?
Message us with the flight number, the date and time you land, the name of your resort or villa in Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent, Denizyaka or Serik, and the number of guests. WhatsApp or a call to +90 539 826 30 65 is quickest; e-mail to [email protected] or the contact form work too. We reply with a single price for the whole vehicle and put the reservation in writing. How early should I book my Belek airport transfer?
As soon as your flight is fixed is ideal. Belek fills up in the golf seasons of spring and autumn as well as in the summer school holidays, and those are the weeks when vans are booked out first. Travelling at short notice? Send a WhatsApp anyway — within minutes you will know if a van is still available. Can you also take me from my Belek resort back to the airport?
Yes, and it is easiest to arrange both rides together. Once we know your flight home and its date, we propose a pick-up time at your resort. Because Belek is so close to the terminal you do not have to leave hours early, but we still build in a safe margin for check-in and security queues. What happens if my flight or dates change, or I need to cancel?
Let us know the moment your plans shift, ideally through the same WhatsApp chat, phone line or e-mail thread you booked with. A different flight, pick-up time or group size is rarely a problem, and cancellations are handled on the terms stated in your confirmation. Whatever we change, you receive the updated details in writing.
Payment
How do I pay for my Belek transfer?
You can pay the driver in cash at the end of the ride, or agree another way when we send your price. Either way, the amount is exactly the figure in your written confirmation — nothing is added when the van stops at your resort. Is the Belek taxi price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The van and driver cost the same whether a couple or a full golf four-ball with partners is on board. Let us know the head count and how much luggage you have, and we will match you with a van class that is big enough. Are airport parking or waiting time charged on top?
No. The driver’s parking at Antalya Airport, any road charges and the time spent waiting for you are all part of the quoted price. You pay the confirmed amount and nothing else.
At the airport
Where do I find my driver after landing in Antalya?
In the arrivals hall, before you ever step outside. When you have cleared passport control and picked up your bags, walk to Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel; your driver is there with a name sign. If you cannot see them, call or WhatsApp the number in your confirmation and our office will guide you over. What if my plane lands late?
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight number, so our office sees a delay before you land and sends the driver later to match. There is no charge for this extra waiting, and you do not have to call from the plane — a quick message once you are in the terminal is plenty.Do you drive to Belek after midnight or before sunrise?
Yes, at any hour. Our vans run 24/7, and a 2 a.m. arrival or a 4 a.m. airport run costs exactly what a midday ride does. After a late landing it is nice to know you will be in bed in Belek within the hour.I am flying in on a domestic flight — do you pick up there too?
Yes. Antalya Airport handles domestic and international arrivals in separate terminals, and we collect guests from both. Your flight number tells our office which one to send the driver to.
Vehicles
Which vehicles do you use for Belek transfers?
Mostly Mercedes Vito vans for couples, families and small golf groups, and Mercedes Sprinters when more seats or more luggage room are needed. Every vehicle comes from our own garage in Aksu, and the fleet page lists seats and suitcase space for each class. Is this a shared shuttle that stops at other hotels?
No. A Belek taxi transfer with us is private: only your party rides in the van, and it drives from the terminal directly to your resort. No detours through Kadriye or Boğazkent to drop off strangers first. Can we stop at a supermarket on the way to Belek?
Yes, as long as it is in your booking. Pulling over on the D400 for water, snacks or cash, or dropping a friend at a second resort in the area, fits in easily when planned ahead.
Luggage and children
We are coming to Belek to play golf — is there room for our golf bags?
Yes, golf bags are everyday luggage on the Belek road. Tell us how many bags and suitcases you are bringing, and we send a Vito or Sprinter where the clubs travel safely in the back, not on anyone’s lap. Travel covers and trolleys are no problem either.Do you have baby seats and boosters for the ride to Belek?
Yes. Baby carriers, child seats and boosters can be fitted for any age, as a paid extra on top of the transfer fare. Add the children’s ages to your booking; the seats and their cost appear in your written confirmation and are already installed when you reach the van, so there is nothing to sort out with the driver. How many suitcases can we bring?
Each vehicle class shows its suitcase capacity on the fleet page. Pushchairs, diving gear, bikes or extra bags simply need a mention before you fly, so we can send a van with the right amount of space. Can guests with a wheelchair or limited mobility travel with you?
Yes. Explain what would help — boot space for a folding wheelchair, an arm to lean on when getting in, or a van with a wide sliding door — and we choose the vehicle around that. Hana Travel belongs to ENAT (European Network for Accessible Tourism).
General
How far is Belek from Antalya Airport, and how long is the drive?
Not far at all. Belek sits about 35 km east of the airport, which is roughly 35 minutes on the D400 in normal traffic. Kadriye is about 38 km, Serik about 40 km and Boğazkent about 45 km; Denizyaka, just across the Köprüçay river and the furthest of the five, is about 50 km. Each region has its own page with the exact figures and hotel list.My hotel says "Belek" — how do I know if it is in Kadriye, Boğazkent, Denizyaka or Serik?
You do not need to work it out yourself. Many resorts use Belek in their name while the address is officially in Kadriye, Boğazkent, the Serik district or, across the river, Denizyaka. Just send us the hotel name as it appears on your booking and our office matches it to the right region and drive time. Will my driver speak English?
Our drivers carry guests from all over Europe every day and get by in simple English. For anything more detailed, our office answers in English, German or Russian. If a particular language matters to you, add a note to your booking and we will do our best.Who operates Belek Taxi Transfer, and is it a licensed company?
The rides are operated by Hana Grup Turizm (Hana Travel), an Antalya travel agency with TÜRSAB licence A-4899 and its own vehicle garage in Aksu, between the airport and Belek. It also holds a D2 authorisation for carrying passengers, issued by Turkey’s transport ministry; licence details sit in the footer of every page.I left something in the van — what now?
Message us the moment you realise, and include your transfer date and the resort where you got out. Every ride is logged to one vehicle and one driver, and our garage in Aksu is only a short drive from Belek, so lost sunglasses, phones or putters usually find their way back quickly.
